Uunchai is a drama movie about the journey of three friends who seek to fulfil the last wish of their dear friend. Set against a beautiful and treacherous trek backdrop, the movie follows the trio as they battle the elements, their own doubts and fears, and the harsh realities of life.

This is certainly not the only way to create a customer journey. Interaction designer Hugh Dubberly has also written and diagrammed extensively about customer experience, and looked at the customer journey. Treating the journey as a storyboard, complete with photos or sketches of each stage, is a nice way to add more flavor, but is not necessary to get started.
